Quantity Ingredient
12 slices Black Kassel Salami
1 package Refrigerator Pizza Dough
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
1 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 egg, Beaten
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll the dough out onto a piece of parchment paper. Top with pizza sauce, leaving a 2 inch border clean. Top with salami, then 1 cup of the cheese, then pepperoni. Roll the dough like a jelly roll, pinching the edges to seal and fold where the seam is. Place the stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet. Brush with the egg and cut small slats in the top. Top with remaining ¼ cup cheese, Italian seasoning and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with warm pizza sauce.
